Alex has 18 years’ experience as a recruitment specialist helping technology companies across the UK, EU and US, to find STEM professionals for their teams. In 2019 she set up her own business Scientis Search Ltd; a recruitment company specialising in supporting technology start-ups, scale-ups and established businesses to source niche STEM talent. A BSc in Mathematics herself, she has a love for all things science and technology and feels fortunate to have spent her career helping innovative technology companies attract the talent they need to deliver on their mission.

Alex has Dominant Optic Atrophy and is registered Sight Impaired. She has a teen daughter who also has Dominant Optic Atrophy
